觀點副詞和評論性副詞
觀點副詞或評論性副詞表達講者對某事的觀點，或對某件事做評論。它們修飾的通常是整個句子，而不是單單修飾動詞、副詞或形容詞，因此不會描述動作是如何發生的。在句中的位置會在句首或句中，很少出現在句尾。常見的此類副詞有 clearly、obviously、personally、basically、presumably、technically、certainly、definitely、fortunately、sadly、simply、(more/most) importantly 等。
Example：
1. Technically, the country's economic problems are over, but recovery will be slow.
理論上，這個國家的經濟問題已經解決了，但是復甦會很慢。
2. Seriously now, did he really say that or are you just being silly.
現在說正經的，他是真的這麼說？ 還是你在亂編？
3. Basically, they want a lot more information about the project before they'll put any money into it.
基本上，他們把錢投入這項企畫前，想要對它有更深入的了解。
