現在完成式
現在完成式可用來表達「到目前為止已經完成的事」或是「曾經有過的經驗」。 social media has completely changed the way we interact，意思是這改變在「過去」發生的，而且對於「現在」造成很大的影響。這個時態通常會搭配 since 或 for 這裡個表時間的介系詞。for 表示一段時間， since 表示從過去某一時間點到現在。
Example：
1. I've had a terrible day and I want to take a nice hot bath now.
我剛渡過糟糕的一天，現在好想要泡個熱水澡。
2. Our team has made a major change to the original design, and now the product works pretty well.
我們的團隊已經將設計做了很大的變動，現在產品運作的挺好的。
3. Rebecca has lived here for 10 years.
Rebecca 已經在這裡住了十年了。
